Got a lot of time on your hands but don’t know what to do with it? Maybe it’s time you got a hobby. Hobbies are fun and good ways of filling up spare time. But how do you find the right hobby for you?
First up, baking. Baking is a fun, relaxing thing to do. all you need is some recipies, the ingredients they need and some kitchen items. But, the best thing about baking is you get to eat the results!
Next, martial arts. Martial arts are great fun and are a really good way of learning discipiline and self-defence. I myself do karate, and I really enjoy it! It’s great for physical fitness and is perfect for tough people who love action!
Third, gardening. gardening is a really relaxing and facsinating hobby, as it teaches you all kinds of things about the vast and varied plant world. Imagine the satisfaction of watching a seed you planted grow into a lovely flower! This hobby may require patience, though.
Fourth, manga. Manga are a type of comic originating from Japan, and they make gripping, action-packed reads! Learning to draw in that style is also a good hobby, as it encourages creativity. Today, the world’s most popular manga series is ONE PIECE, a fast-paced pirate adventure. I really like it, but I reccomend you wait till you’re at least 11 before you read it, because manga can be quite graphic. but still, it’s a hobby worth having. 🙂
Fifth, rock climbing. Rock climbing is a sport my friend does, and it’s perfect for people who love thrills and adventure. There are many places you can do this, from indoor climbing centres to tall, jagged mountains. Don’t forget your helmet and safety harness!
Sixth, musical instruments. if you like music and being creative, then this could be the hobby for you! There are many instruments to choose from, from drums to guitar to violin and piano, there’s a musical instrument for everyone! With some practice, you will get really good at your instrument and be able to impress evryone with your new skill!
And last, horseriding. if you love animals and fun stuff, this could be your perfect hobby! horses are gentle giants and make loyal friends as well. If you live in a rural area and have plenty of space, you can get a stable built and buy your own horse! they make good pets. if you enjoy competing, with practice you’ll soon be able to enter horse races!
